Introduction
This guide explains how to add a new worker into Arez FieldIQ and why this step is critical to maintaining control, compliance, and operational confidence.
Arez FieldIQ is designed to manage workers as live, verified resources, not static records. Adding a worker into the system creates a single, trusted profile that brings together personal details, role information, compliance status, and ongoing activity in one place.
This process ensures that only approved and compliant workers are able to receive work, access sites, and carry out tasks. From the moment a worker is added, FieldIQ tracks their readiness to work, highlights missing or expiring requirements, and provides full visibility to managers and clients.
The purpose of adding a worker through this process is to:
Create a verified worker profile as a single source of truth
Ensure compliance requirements are captured and monitored from day one
Control who can be assigned to jobs and access sites
Reduce risk caused by incomplete or outdated worker records
Support accurate reporting, audits, and workforce oversight
By following this process, you move away from manual onboarding, fragmented records, and uncertainty. Every worker in the system is visible, accountable, and ready to operate within clearly defined controls.
