Why this matters
Service Partner Jobs fail when evidence is poor. That creates rework, client complaints, and invoice delays.
Minimum evidence required
For every Job delivered by a Service Partner:
Clear notes: fault + action + outcome
Photos: before/after where relevant
Signature: if required by the client/site
Any parts/materials: recorded clearly
If they can’t complete the Job
They must:
upload evidence of the issue
explain why (parts/access/approval)
recommend next step
leave Job On Hold (with reason) if waiting on something
