Why this matters

Service Partner Jobs fail when evidence is poor. That creates rework, client complaints, and invoice delays.

Minimum evidence required

For every Job delivered by a Service Partner:

  • Clear notes: fault + action + outcome

  • Photos: before/after where relevant

  • Signature: if required by the client/site

  • Any parts/materials: recorded clearly

If they can’t complete the Job

They must:

  • upload evidence of the issue

  • explain why (parts/access/approval)

  • recommend next step

  • leave Job On Hold (with reason) if waiting on something
