A Simple Guide to Creating Client Profiles

Adding a client in Arez allows you to organise work orders, manage sites, and ensure jobs are billed and reported correctly. A client must be created before sites can be added and work orders raised.

Accessing Clients

Log in to Arez and open Clients from the left-hand sidebar. This page shows all existing clients and allows you to add a new client.

From the Clients page, click Add New Client. Enter all the required client details, including the company name and primary contact information, then click Next. Add the location details by entering the postcode and allowing the address information to populate automatically. Review the address and make sure it is correct before continuing.

Once both the client details and location information have been completed, click Save & Close to finish creating the client.

After saving, the client will appear in the Clients list. You can use the search bar to quickly confirm that the client has been created successfully.

Adding a client in Arez is quick and straightforward. Once the client is created, you can add sites, raise work orders, and start managing jobs and reporting across the platform.
