Adding a service partner allows you to allocate jobs to external suppliers without exposing your full system. Service partners only have access to the work assigned to them, which helps protect client data while still allowing jobs to be delivered efficiently.
Accessing Service Partners
Log in to Arez and open Service Partners from the left-hand sidebar. This page displays all existing service partners and is where new partners can be added or invited.

Adding or Inviting a Service Partner
From the Service Partners page, you can either invite a partner to complete their own setup or create the profile manually.
Selecting Invite Partner allows you to enter the partner’s basic details and send them an invitation link by email. This link guides the service partner through the setup process themselves and automatically creates their profile once completed.

Alternatively, add all the required partner details and click Save & Next to continue. Make sure the mandatory information is completed before moving forward. After completing all steps of the setup, including documents and bank details, don’t forget the final step. Create a user account for the service partner so they receive an email with their login details and are able to log in to the platform.
