Why use the Client Portal

It reduces “chasing” and gives clients confidence: live progress, booked visits, evidence and approvals.

Typical client access

Clients can usually:

  • log new Jobs (optional)

  • view Job status: New Job, Allocated, Visit Added, In Progress, Completed

  • see Visit booking slot details

  • view attachments (photos/docs)

  • approve quotations (if enabled)

Keep internal notes internal. Client-facing updates should be:

  • factual

  • short

  • evidence-backed
