Typical client access
Clients can usually:
log new Jobs (optional)
view Job status: New Job, Allocated, Visit Added, In Progress, Completed
see Visit booking slot details
view attachments (photos/docs)
approve quotations (if enabled)
Keep internal notes internal. Client-facing updates should be:
